    You might find yourself scared to be alone, not wanting to take action because putting you outside of
    the structure that you’ve known all these years and then going to a place where there are people or
    change can equate tension.

    Tension and agitation are signs of impairment. This is a message that
    you’re out of balance emotionally and for you to go within to learn what’s going on. What needs to be
    addressed?

    All of the above are processes. Just know baby steps accumulate.

    As you’re learning to re-parent that younger aspect of you, I suggest you
    find a community of like-minded supportive people. Call a friend, join a group, go online and find a
    community, perhaps a Unitarian or like church. Take baby steps forward. Each step represents
    freedom.

    Life isn’t easy. So, how are we going to love ourselves anyway? How are
    we going to care for ourselves so that we can have an extraordinary life? Even when it isn’t easy?

    By learning to love all of you gives you the strength and courage to manage all of life’s experiences.

    Go into the wound.

  • Write all time you’ve been disappointed. All time you’ve finished
    things and then felt like you were left alone.
  • The times you've rejected yourself.
  • Take responsibility of how you’ve rejected yourself.
  • Structure an Action Plan
  • Make this the best year of your life

           --> Plan it
           --> Live it

    Happy thoughts to you!
