    This goes for health, weight reduction, wealth, relationships...you name it.

    You have to think, speak and act from the mindset of *being* what you want now.

    So what do you want?

    What would that look like to you, how would that feel, what thoughts and ideas would you listen to?

    If you want to be thinner, 'act' thinner by buying healthy foods and going to the gym.

    If you want to be wealthy, 'act' wealthy by eliminating word of lack like: "this is too expensive", or "I can't afford
    this." This is scarcity thinking and vocabulary - which negates abundance. Treat yourself every now and then.

    If you are single and want a loving relationship, 'act' as if you are in a loving relationship now - sleeping on one
    side of the bed, making room in your closet for your mate, etc. Allow you to love yourself the way you'd like
    someone to love you.

    If you are in a relationship and you want it to be more loving, 'act' as if you're experiencing those loving feelings
    of times past and look for his/her qualities.  There are a lot of things you can do to 'act as if'. You can start by
    asking, what would a person with ________ quality (you fill in the blank) do?

    'Acting as if' is not being an actor or a fake, it's a method for you to use to support you in having what you say
    you want.

    A shift from what you don't have - do those things and you'll 'be' sooner than you think.
